We are seeking adults who experience insomnia and their partners to take part in this study. Participants and their partners will complete a series of questionnaires and interviews, have their sleep-wake patterns monitored by a wrist-worn device, and have one overnight sleep study at our facility in Notting Hill, Victoria.
