Ep 4. ADHD in Children and Sleep

In the first of our Sleep Seminar Series for 2023, Associate Professor Emma Sciberras will be in discussion with our Sleep Health Foundation CEO, Dr Moira Junge, about Sleep and ADHD. During this webinar, Emma and Moira will cover the prevalence of ADHD, common sleep problems experienced by children with ADHD, best ways to support children with ADHD with their sleep, what we know about sleep in adolescents and adults with ADHD, and some of the underlying causes of sleep problems in children with ADHD. The webinar will take place on Tuesday February 28 at 6pm AEDT. These webinars are free and open to all.

Emma Sciberras

Emma Sciberras is an Associate Professor in the School of Psychology at Deakin University. She is also an Honorary Research Fellow and Team Leader in the Health Services Research at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute. Emma holds an Emerging Leader Investigator Grant funded by the Medical Research Future Fund, which focuses on how to support individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and their families.
