In this webinar to celebrate Sleep Health Week, Dr Moira Junge was joined by Respiratory and Sleep Physician, Dr David Cunnington. Between them, they have over 50 years experience in the field of sleep that have informed some key tips and recommendations to help you achieve a better night’s sleep.
Dr David Cunnington is a respiratory and sleep physician assisting people with respiratory and sleep-related conditions via a wide range of treatment options to help them attain a better quality of life.
Dr Cunnington provides specialist care to people with complex sleep problems by utilising both behavioural and psychological treatments in addition to non-drug treatments and medications.
He has qualifications from Harvard Medical School and 2 Australian Universities. David has an on-going commitment to teaching and training other health professionals in sleep medicine as well as advocating for the importance of sleep by speaking directly to the public via social and traditional media.
