Simone Austin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Advanced Sports Dietitian and public health advocate. A passion for optimising performance and health through nutrition has seen Simone achieve an impressive 30+ year career. Simone was the dietitian for Hawthorn Football Club for 12 years, experiencing three premiership wins. Her expertise has also enjoyed two World Cups and an Ashes with The Australian Men's Cricket Team and a premiership with Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club.
A dietetic consultant and brand ambassador, Simone is dedicated to her profession having been President of Sports Dietitians Australia for 5 years and past Board Director at Dietitians Australia. She is currently the Chief Health Officer and Chair of the health Advisory Board at Healthylife coordinating the Living Healthy Reports.
Sleep Researcher, Workplace & Nutrition Specialist
Charlotte is a senior postdoctoral research fellow at the Appleton Institute at CQUniversity. Charlotte’s research investigates the optimal timing of sleep and nutrition, particularly for those working non-standard hours, such as shiftworkers. Charlotte is passionate about improving sleep health in Australia, and her research on sleep and meal timing has informed practice and policy for shiftworkers.

Dr Tetyana Rocks is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Senior Research Fellow and director of the Food and Mood Academy. Tetyana’s work focusses on translating food and mood evidence into practical and accessible education and training. Tetyana’s work enables implementation of the latest research in Nutritional Psychiatry into transdiagnostic clinical practice and supports globally connected education, directly addressing the current gap between evidence and practice. Tetyana is regularly invited to speak at academic, professional, and community events in Australia and overseas.

Moira is a clinical health psychologist with a specialty in treating sleep disorders and promoting behaviour change. She is also the inaugural CEO of the Sleep Health Foundation. After three decades on the front lines treating mental health challenges and sleep disorders, she made the switch from intervention to prevention. Whether addressing corporate audiences, health professionals, or the wider public, she brings clarity, credibility, and urgency to one of the most overlooked pillars of mental and physical health: sleep.
