To our team of volunteers,
Thank you.
This National Volunteer Week, we want to acknowledge the vital role you play in advancing the mission of the Sleep Health Foundation. Our organisation is powered predominantly by volunteer work, and your time, insight, and commitment help translate evidence into practice, strengthen awareness of the importance of sleep, and extend our reach in meaningful ways.
As our Chair of the Board (and volunteer), Jennifer Low aptly highlights:
“Your dedication reflects the very best of community spirit. Whether you contribute strategic guidance, lived experience, professional expertise, or thoughtful leadership, you help shape work that makes a real and lasting difference for Australians."
For many of us, volunteering is also about connection, purpose, and shared learning. We are especially grateful to those who bring lived experience to the table and help ensure our work remains grounded, relevant, and inclusive. Your contribution is deeply valued, and the impact of your generosity reaches far beyond the hours you give.
On behalf of the Sleep Health Foundation Board and team, thank you for everything you do to support better sleep health for all Australians.
With sincere gratitude,
Sleep Health Foundation.
