Researchers at Flinders University are conducting a study examining how individual differences in how people respond to environmental stimuli, such as noise, light, and temperature, relate to sleep.

We are inviting adults aged 18+ to complete an online anonymous survey (approximately 30 minutes).

We are interested in hearing from people across the full range of sleep experiences, whether you sleep very well or struggle with sleep.

Participants may enter a prize draw to win one of ten $100 gift cards
