Nighttime fears affect up to 85% of children aged 7 to 12 years, and many of these children also have trouble falling or staying asleep.

Despite being so common, accessible treatment is hard to find — waitlists are long and many families don’t know where to turn.

Researchers at Black Dog Institute and UNSW Sydney have developed the Nighttime Fears and Worries program to help.

We’re looking for families with children aged 7 to 12 to take part in a research study testing this free digital program, which teaches evidence-based strategies to manage nighttime fears and improve sleep.
