Ranjit Ratilal is a commercial and governance‑focused executive with more than 25 years’ experience leading national strategy, operational transformation and financial performance across heavy construction materials and regulated Heavy Vehicle industry. He brings a clear, practical and execution‑driven perspective that complements the Foundation’s strong clinical and academic expertise.

His background includes leading accountability under the Heavy Vehicle National Law, giving him deep experience in risk, regulatory oversight and organisational performance. He is also a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
