As we farewell spring, it’s a wonderful opportunity to pause and reflect on what has been a rewarding and productive few months for the Sleep Health Foundation.

This year’s Sleep Health Week was a standout success, sparking national conversation about the importance of good sleep and inspiring people across the country to reflect on their own sleep habits. The enthusiasm and engagement we witnessed – from workplaces to schools to media partners – shows just how far the awareness of sleep as a pillar of health has come.
