Up to $42,440/year (full-time) for 3 years, available for two outstanding candidates commencing early 2026.
📌 PhD1: Developing and evaluating implementation strategies to support health professionals to deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia (CBTi) for people with musculoskeletal pain.
🔹 Upskill health professionals to extend their scope to delivering treatments that meet the needs of those struggling with sleep
🔹 Supervisors: Dr Jillian Eyles (University of Sydney), Dr Rob Schütze (Curtin University), Dr Sarah Kobayashi (University of Sydney)
📌 PhD 2: Sleep as a Treatment Target in Musculoskeletal Pain
🔹 Understand the role of sleep management in people with chronic musculoskeletal pain.
🔹 Supervisors: A/Prof Michelle Hall (University of Sydney), Dr David Klyne (University of Queensland),Dr Joshua Wiley (Monash University)
✅ Open to applicants with backgrounds in physiotherapy, allied health, exercise science, dietetics, psychology, medicine, or other health-related fields.
